Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis The Voice of American Jazz! Wynton Marsalis, artistic director of Jazz at Lincoln Center, is the iconic voice of jazz in America today, as heard through his trumpet artistry, compositional styles, and educational prowess. He is supported by the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, a 15-piece jazz band, comprising some of the finest jazz artists in the world. Under the leadership of Mr. Marsalis, the band performs at its home in New York City's Lincoln Center for the Performing, tours the US and internationally, performs with symphony orchestras, and frequently appears in educational and television settings.
