We all have favorite Cabs. It’s ok. However, as wine enthusiasts, it’s helpful to remember that there are THOUSANDS of different grape varieties used to make wine. There’s no way to try them all, but we can use our favorites as a starting point.

Join Wine Guide Michael to explore new terroir by asking, “IF I like this wine, THEN what other wines would I probably enjoy?” Starting with the Cabernet Sauvignon we already know and love, we’ll discover five new wines from across the globe that we may find even more delicious and interesting than our current favorites. These wines can also help you recalibrate or fine tune your palate. IF you want to find your new favorite grape varietal or region, THEN this class is for you!

Light cheese and charcuterie will be provided to pair with the wines.
