The performance features “River of Life- Journey of the Salmon”, a collaboration between Idaho Dance Theatre and the Idaho Chapter Sierra Club, with original music by composer Eric Alexander, film by Rulon Wood and choreography by Marla Hansen. We hope this work of art will resonate with a wide range of audiences, Idaho's conservation community, the arts community, and more, bringing us together to share this unique experience and sense of connection to our wildlife, our rivers, and one another.
The performances also include premieres by Nathan Powell, Yurek Hansen, Meaghan Novoa, Lemuel Reagan, and a collaboration with Pivot Movement with choreography by Ali Landers and live vocals by Connor Wentworth. With outstanding dancers performing to a great diversity of musical and movement genres, Follow Your Passion is not to be missed.
