Come celebrate the Idaho 4th of July Parade from Boise beginning with CapEd's Read to Rise hot air balloon launch from the Capitol. Join the Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance Breakfast in Cecil D. Andrus Park at 7:00 am then hear the reading of the Declaration of Independence in front of the Capitol at 9:17 am, culminating in the parade beginning at 10:00 am.
