Boston, MA post-hardcore supergroup Fiddlehead is heading to Boise with an absolutely stacked lineup!

Fiddlehead is Patrick Flynn and Shawn Costa from Have Heart, Alex Henery from Basement, Alex Dow of Big Contest, and Nick Hinsch of Stand Off and Nuclear Age!

They're a beloved hardcore group with emo leanings and ferocious and uplifting melodies. On June 26, they released their brand new EP, 'Baby I'll Change,' a love letter, not only to the connections they share as a band, but to the Boston Hardcore scene and the people behind it, Baby I'll Change is Fiddlehead's first new music since their acclaimed 2023 full-length, Death Is Nothing To Us.

"For the first time, Fiddlehead worked with popular Asheville producer Alex Farrar (Wednesday, MJ Lenderman). The title track, which is out today, taps into a more vulnerable side of Fiddlehead, letting Flynn air out his feelings over sparse, liminal instrumentation, saving the sonic explosion for the latter half of the track. When it does come, it's more shoegazy than usual. It's great to hear their sound expanding after years of doing relatively the same thing, even though that thing was awesome," (Stereogum).

Joining the band in Boise are grungegaze rockers Narrow Head, lo-fi hardcore/screamo trio Knumears, and punky fast hardcore outfit Destiny Bond.
