Join us in welcoming Keith Reese from Herita, USA for a guided tasting on Thursday, March 19th at House of Wine.
Who is Herita USA? In 1935 Count Gaetano Marzotto founded Santa Margherita winery which has been crafting internationally known wines for over 80 years. Today the Marzotto family imports and represents a wide variety of Italian wines from across the country with a focus on stories and quality.
Who is Keith? Born in Dallas, TX, Keith moved to San Francisco and became a fixture in the culinary scene for over 20 years. He joined Herita USA in 2015 and has spent countless hours meeting the people and learning the history and stories behind the portoflio’s wines.
What are the details? Keith will guide us through a tasting of five classic Italian wines from distinct regions throughout Italy sharing the facts and most importantly, the stories, behind these authentic, family-owned wineries. From Franciacorta to the hills of Alto Adige, the historic Chianti Classic region to the dynamic Veneto region, you’ll taste the variety that Italy has to offer. Light cheese and charcuterie will be served to enhance your experience.
Featured wines are offered at a 10% discount for attendees (15% for wine club members!).
