United Vision for Idaho (UVI) is proud to host a transformative public event, “Democracy in Motion,” featuring a powerful, timely conversation between, Idaho's own Steph Lokelani Cullen, of OMGFemaleFilmmakers and Adrienne Evans, Executive Director of UVI. Taking place in Boise, Idaho, during the week of Martin Luther King Jr. Remembrance, this event serves as both a warning and a call to action for the nation.
This gathering invites us to reckon with the moment we are in: a moment that demands participation, courage, and clarity. Featuring a preview of a groundbreaking participatory documentary project developed in partnership between UVI and OMGFemaleFilmmakers, the event lifts the veil on the pro-democracy movement from the inside—while emphasizing that it cannot be fully told without the voices and actions of ordinary people.
