CEO and Business Leader Speaker Series: This speaker series is a terrific opportunity for members to hear from business leaders in our community and learn first-hand about the plans, projects and vision of some of our region’s top companies.

Lisa Grow has been President and Chief Executive Officer of IDACORP and Idaho Power since June 1, 2020. She was appointed to the IDACORP and Idaho Power Company Boards of Directors in February 2020. Prior to her position as President and CEO, Grow served as Idaho Power’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Grow’s 38-year career with Idaho Power began in 1987, shortly after she graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. Throughout her career, Grow has taken on diverse and challenging roles that increased her knowledge and expertise in the utility industry. She received a Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University in 2008.

Grow currently serves as chair of the St. Luke’s Health System Board of Directors and chair of Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Salt Lake City Branch Board of Directors. She was recently appointed to the board of directors for the publicly traded American Water Works Company. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum and an honorary commander for the Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Fighter Wing.

Grow is a lifelong learner and passionate advocate for STEM education and building Idaho Power’s future workforce. She has two grown daughters and is a proud grandma.
