BOISE MAGIC DRAFT LEAGUE - WINTER 2025
Boise's Magic the Gathering Draft League! Boise has an amazing scene for magic, with a love for the limited format. For 6 weeks, you will draft the newest sets, chaos drafts, and specifically-cultivated formats culminating in overall points, which will decide seeding for the final draft tournament at the end of the league season. These events only happen twice a year, you don't want to miss out.

We welcome competitive or casual players alike. Whether it's your first draft or your 100th, we will create a space for you to have fun and play at your speed.

2. January 14th, 2025

Format: Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths Draft

3. January 21st, 2025
Location: Mother Earth Brewing (406 S 3rd St, Boise, ID 83702)
Format: Foodie Draft (1x ELD, 1x WOE, & 1x LotR)

4. January 28th, 2025
Location: Lost Grove Brewing (1026 S La Pointe St, Boise, ID 83706)
Format: Foundations Draft

5. February 4th, 2025

Format: Ravnica Mixer (1x RTR, 1x GRN, 1x RNA)

6. February 11th, 2025
Location: Mad Swede Brew Hall (816 W Bannock St, Boise, ID 83702)
Format: Play-Booster-Only Chaos Draft

While we'd love to have you at each draft, if there is a date you cannot attend, don't let this stop you from registering. Each draft you attend will give you points based off your performance and your lowest scoring draft is automatically dropped from your schedule. If you miss an event, that will be your one dropped event. You will still receive the packs from the event you missed at the next event you attend.

PRIZES:
At each event, there will be prizes for the top 4 players at each table.

There is also a cash prize for the top 4 players with the most league points by the end of the league. First place, in addition to the largest cash pool prize, will also receive an exclusive play mat. The value of the cash prize will be determined based off the number of registrants. This will be announced on the second week of the league.

There will also be multiple giveaways, side contests, and sponsored prizes throughout the event.

The purpose of the league is continue to foster the magic limited community and teach players the art of drafting. Mentoring is encouraged and new players are welcome!

This event is all ages but is hosted at breweries in Boise.

League meets at 6:00pm each Tuesday. Events begin right at 6:30pm (don't be late!) and drafts often take 3-4 hours. Please plan accordingly.
