After the fair, we're thrilled to present a powerful and eye-opening documentary, 'Angst.' Angst is a film designed to raise awareness around anxiety. It aims to remove the stigma and open up the conversation around anxiety, helping people to understand and manage their symptoms and identify when to reach out for help. Most importantly, it shows people that they are not alone and that anxiety is 100% treatable.
This film is a must-see for youth athletic/academic clubs, their friends, coaches, parents, and guardians. All members of the community are invited to attend. Together, we'll gain a deeper understanding of anxiety and learn strategies to manage it.
