Green Acres is hosting the 4th Annual Spring Fest this Memorial Day in partnership with the Idaho Bluegrass Association. Admission is free for all guests.
This year’s Spring Fest marks the event’s first year at Green Acres’ new, larger location just off the Greenbelt, offering even more space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. The all-day celebration will feature nine live bluegrass bands performing from 10:30am-8:30pm, plus food trucks, dancing in the grass, a community square dance, and family-friendly activities. Green Acres is both kid-friendly and dog-friendly, making it an easy spot to spend the holiday weekend outdoors.
Spring Fest is part of a full week of live music at Green Acres, with 17 live performances happening throughout Memorial Day Week featuring a variety of local and regional artists. Green Acres will also offer extended holiday weekend hours throughout Memorial Day Weekend.
Along with live music and food trucks, visitors can check out The Green Acres Bar, now open for the season and serving beer, cider, seltzers, draft cocktails, hard kombucha, and frozen wine slushies all weekend long.
