Idaho's Economic Engine and the Value of Vibrancy

May 18, 2017 – More than 500 people were welcomed to the annual State of Downtown Boise event hosted at the new Boise Centre East, This year, the message of the event was Downtown Boise: Idaho’s Economic Engine and the Value of Vibrancy. Once again, the program was a  "Happy Hour meets Ted Talks" format, with speakers on stage, on tape, and some delightful surprises you only find downtown!

The State of Downtown Boise celebrates our downtown as a place to build community. This year, the event brought home in a meaningful, informative, entertaining way, just  the economic activity that happens here is important to all Idahoans.  Thank you to all who attended. And to the incredible people of are part of our downtown community, THANK YOU for making Downtown Boise THE place to BE.
