Organizing Events Downtown
Contact the Downtown Boise Association to let us know about your event plans for downtown Boise. We can assist in notifying the DBA members of your plans and guide you in the permit process necessary to host your event.
City Events Team
The Events Team is a multi-agency group formed with the main purpose of helping guide and govern safe and successful community events in Ada County. By bringing together the following City & County resources: Boise City Mayor's Office, Police, Fire, Parks & Recreation, Traffic Services, City Clerk, Risk Management, Central District Health Department, Ada County Highway District, Ada County Sheriff's Office, Ada County Parks & Waterways, Ada County Emergency Medical Service, Capital City Development Corp. and the Downtown Boise Association with the applicants so they may receive prompt feedback on all requirements pertaining to permits, licenses, fees, and deadlines, necessary for their events.
