DBA members are those businesses that are in the Business Improvement District. The district is generally bounded by 5 th Street on the East, 13 th Street on the West, State Street on the North and Myrtle Street on the South.
All properties located in the district are subject to an annual assessment from Boise City. The DBA also maintains an active group of Associate members who contribute voluntarily to the DBA.
The "State of Downtown" Annual Meeting is generally held April at the Boise Centre and is hosted by the Downtown Boise Association, Capital City Development Corporation and the City of Boise.
